Because we are an entirely founded family-run business, we are not get bogged down by a chain of decision makers, nor are we answerable to fund managers, investors, or banks. When we see an opportunity, we move immediately and we keep our word.
We have the funds on deposit for any purchase where an offer is accepted and are more than happy to go from acceptance of offer to completion of the purchase within seven days or less where necessary.
